    Zucchero, one of Europe's best-selling artists, has released his latest album, La Sesión Cubana, on February 18th via Manhattan Records and this spring he is touring the U.S. and Canada. In occasion of a presentation on PBS of his concert Live in Havana-La Sesion Cubana, recorded in 2012, he attended a conversation about his music and extraordinary career, led by Stefano Albertini, Director of Casa Italiana Zerilli Marimo, and Letizia Airos, editor in Chief of i-Italy... fun anecdotes abounded.

Pagani is directing it for the second year in a row, and we want to know why. "As we used to say, the quality of everything one does is political, so music is always political in that it has a political effect. An ugly song is a 'carrier' of subculture whereas a good song is the opposite, so the only way to be positive in music is to produce beautiful songs."

New York's Italian, Italian-American and Italophile communities will be offered a special Valentine's Day concert event at Queens College's Golden Auditorium on February 14th
