Carlo Petrini, gastronomist, journalist, Italian writer and above all, the founder of the Slow Food cultural movement, met ex and future students of UNISG and food aficionados at the Italian Cultural Institute in New York to illustrate new projects and his University.
Petrini explained, the food we eat should taste good and be healthy, it should be produced in a clean way that does not harm the environment, animal welfare, the workers and food producers should receive fair compensation for their work.
