Casa Belvedere, a historical landmark and home to Staten Island’s Italian Cultural Foundation dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Italian cultural heritage in all of its forms, is seeking votes to obtain funding for the restoration of the upper levels that sustained severe water damage from Hurricane Sandy, with the ultimate goal of transforming them into new gallery space.
