I like hearing Christmas music during this time of year.  Lately I've been enjoying releasing my mental grip on the steering wheel by singing, "Let it go!  Let it go! Let it go!" to the tune of Let It Snow! [2].  The chorus is sung with such joyful abandon that my willful mind can't resist letting go.  Whatever it is, "Let it go!  Let it go!  Let it go!"  

A slight modification to the lyrics of this popular Dean Martin Christmas song can free you up for a lifetime of happiness.  I can already tell this is the one Christmas song I'll be singing throughout the year.  Truth is; now that I let it into my head it's become an ear-worm, I can't shake it.  In this case that's a blessing.
